DJ WASHERS produces carbon steel flat washers for bulk orders, including multiple sizes with different quantities in one order. Start with your required standard, size and quantity for each item; we confirm the combination and price in the quotation.
Quick Specs
StandardsDIN 125A, ISO 7089, DIN 9021, USS, SAE; specify the standard and edition in the RFQ
Reference tablesListed dimensions and approximate weight only; exact size and supply scope require factory confirmation
MaterialCarbon steel; add a specified grade only if required
Minimum order10 metric tonnes for the whole order; multiple sizes and different quantities per size can be combined, subject to quotation confirmation
PackingCorrugated cartons, about 25 kg net each; small packs with a fixed piece count can also be agreed
Special requirementsAdd finish, hardness, packing or document requirements where needed; feasibility is confirmed for the order
Standards & Compliance
Use the standard and edition required by your drawing or purchasing specification. DIN 125A and ISO 7089 are not automatically interchangeable: form, dimensions, tolerances, material, hardness and finish need to match the order requirement. See the DIN 125A vs ISO 7089 guide. The reference tables below do not establish stock availability or a confirmed supply range.
DIN 125AISO 7089DIN 9021USSSAE
Properties
Flat washers distribute clamp load and protect the mating surface.
Standards: DIN 125A, ISO 7089, DIN 9021, USS and SAE patterns; state the standard and edition
Reference tables show listed dimensions and approximate weight; they do not confirm production or supply for every size
Material boundary: carbon steel only; add a specified grade only if required
Use: general machinery, repair, assembly and load-spreading joints
Surface Finish
Choose the finish requirement around the application, corrosion exposure and assembly requirements, not appearance alone.
For plain or black oxide requests, specify rust-prevention and packing needs
For electro-zinc requests, specify the coating requirement, including color and thickness where required
For hot-dip galvanizing or zinc-aluminum requests, include the service environment and any coating or assembly-fit specification
These are examples for discussion, not a list of finishes confirmed for every size. Finish and hardness feasibility are reviewed for the order; neither can be inferred from the tables. See the surface finish guide.
Packing & RFQ Notes
Start with the standard, size and quantity for each item.
Usual packing: corrugated cartons of about 25 kg net; small packs with a fixed piece count can also be agreed
Add special finish, hardness, packing or document requirements if needed.
For non-standard ID, OD or thickness, send a drawing with dimensions and tolerances for production-feasibility review
Need a physical sample? Request a Sample Kit; availability and terms are confirmed separately.
Production & Quality Checks
Orders are organized by standard, size, material and batch quantity. The workflow includes stamping, dimensional checks during production, finished-batch inspection and records for batch traceability. See our production process and inspection and traceability workflow. Include any specific inspection or document requirements with your item list for order review.
Typical Applications
General fastening and assembly
Load distribution under bolt heads and nuts
Construction hardware and machinery
Repair and maintenance kits
Send specs → get a quote
Send your standard, size and quantity for each item. Multiple sizes can make up the 10-metric-tonne minimum order, with different quantities per size; the combination and price are confirmed in the quotation. Add special requirements if needed, or a drawing for non-standard dimensions.
Yes. The minimum order is 10 metric tonnes in total, not per size. You can combine multiple sizes with a different quantity for each; the exact combination and price are confirmed in the quotation.
What should I send for a flat washer quote?
Start with the standard, size and quantity for each item. Add any special finish, hardness, packing or document requirements. For non-standard dimensions, send a drawing with tolerances for feasibility review.
How are flat washers packed?
The usual packing is a corrugated carton with about 25 kg net weight. Small packs with a fixed piece count can also be agreed. Include any carton marking or pallet requirements in your inquiry.
Do the tables show available stock or a confirmed supply range?
No. They show reference dimensions and approximate weight per 1000 pieces. Production and supply for each requested size, finish and quantity require factory confirmation.
Can I request a specific finish or hardness?
Yes. Add the requirement and intended application to your item list. The factory confirms feasibility for the order; this page does not promise every finish or hardness for every size.
Are DIN 125A and ISO 7089 interchangeable?
Not automatically. Check the standard edition, form, dimensions, tolerances, material, hardness and finish before ordering.
Reference Dimensions & Approximate Weight per 1000 pcs
These tables support RFQ discussion and shipping estimates. Availability, tolerances and supply scope require factory confirmation.
DIN 125A Flat Washer Dimensions and Weight
Reference dimensions and approximate weight are shown for M2-M72 in this table; this is not a confirmed production or supply range. State the required size in the RFQ and wait for factory confirmation. DIN 125A is a customer-facing designation; verify the standard and edition.
