Pressing and Line Handling
Washer orders are arranged by standard, size, material, surface treatment and batch quantity. Drawing-based stamping parts are reviewed by material thickness, tolerance and tooling requirement before production.
Press range supports small washer sizes and heavier structural washer work.
Deburring, screening, heat treatment coordination and surface treatment are planned by order requirement.
Inspection records and export packing can be aligned during RFQ review.
Export Packaging and Shipment Support
Standard export packing for washer and stamping orders:
25 kg per corrugated carton (by weight) — or fixed pcs per bag (by quantity)
Cartons per pallet depend on carton size and product specification; 36 cartons per pallet is a common loading.
Plastic film lining + moisture-proof bag
ISPM 15 compliant pallet (heat-treated or fumigated solid wood)
Packing method, carton mark and pallet requirements can be aligned during RFQ review.
